The Cat’s Paw Nebula (NGC6334) in the constellation Scorpius at around 5500 light years away. The nebula has a very real resemblance to a paw print in the heavens hence the common name of the Cat's Paw Nebula. One of a number of large bright nebulas rich in character and details that bless the southern skies over winter/spring that make for great imaging. I'm certainly glad it wasn't any larger as it only just fit in the telescopes field-of-view. Represented in SHO Hubble palette with true color (RGB) stars.
